This privacy statement relates only to Dalton and Sons and does not cover any links to other websites.

This policy refers to all parties that may provide Dalton and Sons with information including (employees, job candidates, customers, suppliers etc.).

  • Explain what information will be collected by Dalton and Sons when you access the website or make a telephone enquiry and how the information will be used.

What data is collected when you visit our website or call to place an order.

When purchasing a product from our website or via telephone you consent to allowing us to contact you in relation to your purchase. To do this, we will collect personal identifiable information. This includes data such as your full name, address, phone numbers and email address. This information is collected to contact you and arrange deliveries to your address. This information may be shared with our third-party suppliers or delivery agents for the purpose of making a delivery only.

In addition, we will also collect data required for our third-party payment processors to process your payment.  Our payment processors will not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes other than to process payment.
