FAQ’s

• How do you install the Fence Post?
  The fencing can be installed in two ways:
  • 1) By burying into the ground and then secured in place with either concrete, postcrete or expanding foam post mix.
  • 2) 1.9m posts can be secured to a hard standing surfaces by using a fence post base.
• How deep should I bury the posts in the ground?
  It is recommend that the posts are buried between 425mm and 500mm in the ground.  Different soil conditions and different diameter holes will affect how stable the posts will be when concreted in. It is also dependent on the height of the fence you require, if you want a lower fence you can bury more of the post into the ground
• What is the standard spacing I need to install fence posts at?
  To cater a full-length composite fence panels and to allow for some expansion and contraction, fence posts should be positioned at centres of 1838mm. The internal measurement between each post should be at 1770mm and can be easily measured out using the horizontal rail trims which should fit snugly between the posts.
• Does this item come with the infill sections or other accessories?
  Yes, this kit contains all relevant accessories.
