Dalton and Sons Returns Policy
Any unwanted products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery so long as we are notified in advance in writing. To return goods, they must be in brand-new condition. No returns can be made on products that have been used, installed or stored incorrectly.
All returns are made at customers cost and must be sent via a signed for, tracked secure service organised by the customer. A refund will only be processed by Dalton and Sons when the item has been signed for and inspected by us. If there are any issues, we will contact the customer and seek a resolution. Dalton and Sons will not accept any liability for lost goods in transit from you to us.
